SUSHI
Sushi is a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice combined with other ingredients. Neta and forms of sushi presentation vary, but the ingredient which all sushi have in common is shari. The most common neta is seafood.
Nigirizushi (hand-formed sushi) consists of an oblong mound of sushi rice that the chef presses into a small rectangular box between the palms of the hands, usually with a bit of wasabi, and a topping draped over it. Neta are typically fish such as salmon, tuna or other seafood. Certain toppings are typically bound to the rice with a thin strip of nori, most commonly octopus, freshwater eel, sea eel, squid, and sweet egg. When ordered separately, nigiri is generally served in pairs. A sushi set may contain only one piece of each topping.

Pancakes on the Rocks

I found the great restaurant in Sydney, which is served the delicious pancakes, ribs and steaks, etc. They
make the most mouth-watering pancakes. My favorites are chocolate and strawberry
pancakes, they got jam, fresh fruit
and creamy vanilla
ice-cream on top. And they made the
tasty breakfast: Hash brown with whipped butter, crispy bacon,
a fried egg and grilled banana and pineapple.\/(^_^)\/
In Australia , small pancakes known as pikelets are also eaten. They are traditionally served with jam and/or whipped cream, or solely with butter, at afternoon tea, but can also be served at morning tea. They are made with milk, self-raising flour, eggs, and a small amount of icing sugar.
